To join and sign up for Forever Gymnastics, we have a simple and straightforward process that ensures a smooth transition for both you and your child. Here's how:

STEP 1: Please fill out the application form.

STEP 2: The next page will ask you to select a day and time to come in for the interview, evaluation, and pay the $45 non-refundable application fee.

STEP 3: Come to the Evaluation and Interview (20-40 Minutes in Length): During the evaluation and interview session, we highly encourage both parents and your child to attend. Three things take place at the interview:

1) Understanding Expectations: The interview allows us to understand your expectations for Forever Gymnastics and ensures that we align with your goals for your child's gymnastics journey.

2) Sharing Goals: We will share our goals for your child and the program, fostering a mutual understanding of what we aim to achieve together.

3) Comprehensive Evaluation: Our experienced coaches conduct a thorough assessment of your child's physical skills, learning abilities, social interactions, and potential talent. This evaluation, lasting approximately 5 minutes, is essential for determining the appropriate class placement and ensuring a personalized experience.

The evaluation and interview process allows us to gain valuable insights into your child's abilities and goals, ensuring a tailored and successful gymnastics journey at Forever Gymnastics.

STEP 4: Class Selection: Following the evaluation and interview, we will work together to determine the most suitable class for your child. Taking into account their age, skill level, and availability, we will discuss the class options and schedule that align with your preferences. Our goal is to provide a class that not only challenges and supports your child's development but also fits seamlessly into your family's schedule.

STEP 5: Enrollment: Once we have determined the appropriate class for your child, we will guide you through the enrollment process. This includes providing detailed information about tuition, payment options, and our policies. We believe in transparency and want you to have all the necessary information to make an informed decision. Once the enrollment process is completed and the required payment is submitted, your child's spot in the class will be secured.
